What's included in delegate registration?+
Access to all conference sessions on both days, the exhibition floor, the welcome reception, daily lunch and refreshments, and the digital event handbook & app.
Are payments secure and refundable?+
Yes. Payments are processed via secure global gateways. Cancellations before 30 April 2027 receive a 75% refund. After this date, registrations are non-refundable but fully transferable.
Do you offer group discounts?+
Yes — register 5 or more delegates from the same organisation and qualify for the Group rate. Larger discounts available for 10+.
Can I change my pass type later?+
Absolutely. Contact info@vxperiences.com to upgrade. You'll only pay the difference.
Will I receive a visa invitation letter?+
Yes. After payment, our team will issue an official letter of invitation for visa purposes within 5 working days.
